Coaching, Mentoring & Leadership

My approach to Coaching is to offer a safe and supportive space to talk about the challenges you face, help you unravel your own thoughts and produce your own approach to solving the challenges you’re facing.

I do this via 1-2-1 sessions virtually, in person or even whilst out walking to feel the benefit of a supportive positive environment.

I experienced first hand the power of Coaching during my MA in Leadership at Henley Business School which both challenged and inspired me to pass this to others.

I have both Coached and Mentored people from diverse backgrounds offering a positive and supportive space for whatever your needs are.

My coaching accreditation is with The Coach House and have undergone Continuous Personal Development (CPD) in Coaching on Health & Wellbeing and in AI.

Consulting

I have over 25 years of experience in large global multinational companies in the Energy sector both in consultancies and operators and have volunteered leading initiatives in sports, schools and charities.

I started my career as a subsurface data and software technical professional, working in data management, training and workflow and application support. This soon evolved into feedback to software development, testing and technology deployment and adoption.

Integrating technical and behavioural change management skills is the key to success as people are the ones who need to buy in to the new solution and feel like it is worth the change, through improved efficiency, cost savings or unlocking new or automated workflows using latest technology such as AI, ML or compute power.

As I have evolved, I have experienced building and leading high performing teams to deliver technical and culture transformational change programs from workflow or process improvement to software development projects.

I have inspired new leaders through STEM assemblies in schools, developing and delivering workshops for work experience events and through leading a women and girls cricket section.
